How is everyone. I have a love for Phys Ed and getting people in our community out and active. I believe activity in any sense must be enjoyable, be remembered and leave an positive impression. Working in the entertainment industry for more than 10 years the most important thing that I learnt is connection with an audience, utilising the volume control, knowing when to turn it up and turn it down. What is the volume control you ask, good question. Its the gauge that the person headlining the class that will determine how well receive their teaching methods and the class is being taken. I do this by putting the Rock n Roll into my teaching. I look forward to sharing my views with all of you. Opinions, comments and suggestions are always welcome. The more input we have the Healthier our world, especially our students can be.
